| 1959 to Present | President & CEO of Big Byron Agri Services, Inc.,
Grant, Nebraska. Big Byron Agri Services was started in Byron, Nebraska, in
1959 as a retail farm business that provided agronomic products and custom
application services to local growers. The Company expanded by adding its second
full service retail center in Grant, Nebraska, in 1968. Irrigation equipment and
farm equipment were added later to the product line plus six more retail Agronomy centers
in Southwest Nebraska. In 1993, the company sold its Agronomy operations to
Cenex/Land-O-Lakes and, in 1995, sold its irrigation and farm equipment operations
to local businesses. |

With the sale of the Agronomy division, I joined the corporate staff of Cenex/Land-O-Lakes and
worked on special business projects. This included the evaluation of the company's Agronomy
operations and later in acquisitions. |

Mid-continent was a subsidiary company responsible for the sales and service of center pivot irrigation
equipment in Nebraska, North and South Dakota. |
