Presently self-employed as an independent fee appraiser, contracting with various individuals, attorneys, lenders and appraisers to appraise single family and multi-family residential properties, vacant land, agricultural properties, recreational properties, special use properties, commercial properties, subdivisions, personal property/chattels, and businesses. Experienced in estate and litigation support and special valuation engagements involving eminent domain, lack of legal access, partial interest ownership, and real property damages.

4/91- 6/93: Lead Residential Appraiser, MT Department of Revenue

Responsible for directing 6 appraisers in establishing market values for 45,000+ residential parcels in Yellowstone County worth over $2.3 billion... including detached, single family residences, condominiums, mobile homes, and vacant land...solely responsible for the development, calibration and application of 8 residential market models to estimate market values.

1/90 - 4/91: Ranch Manager

Working manager of the Oarlock Ranch for Connecticut Mutual Insurance company. In addition to day to day operations, responsible for estimating proposed capital expenditures, and making various improvements within the established budget.

2/87 - 3/90: Assistant County Supervisor, Farmers Home Administration

Primarily responsible for farm and ranch appraisals, single family dwelling appraisals, and property (both real and chattel) inspections to assess the condition and value of loan collateral...for liquidations, inventory property management, and loan making.
